Earn Cash Agreement

Version 2026-09-30

  1. Who you are. You are an independent contractor. You are not a GLORi customer, employee, Evangelist or Ambassador, and you are at least 18 years old.
  2. What you do. You introduce people you know to Marketing51. You tell the truth about it, you do not spam, and you say you may be paid if you share it publicly.
  3. What you earn. GLORi Technologies pays you $500 in cash for each new Marketing51 account you introduced, on any plan. It becomes payable 30 days after that account starts. If two people introduce the same business, the first verified introduction within 90 days counts.
  4. W-9 first. We cannot pay you until you give us a Form W-9. You complete it once, and no payment of any amount is made before it.
  5. Taxes. You are responsible for your own taxes. If we pay you $2,000 or more in a calendar year, we report it to the IRS on a Form 1099-NEC.
  6. What does not count. Insurance, financial services and payment processing are excluded. You may not introduce them under this agreement.
  7. Who pays. GLORi Technologies pays all rewards. The GLORi Foundation is never a party to this agreement.
  8. Review and changes. GLORi confirms each introduction and each sale before a reward is approved, and may decline one that breaks these terms. Either of us may end this agreement at any time. Rewards already earned stay payable.
  9. Law. Oklahoma law governs this agreement.

Impact Honor Agreement

Version 2026-09-30

  1. No cash, ever. This is a separate agreement from the cash agreements. Under it you are never paid money, now or later.
  2. What happens instead. For each new Marketing51 account you introduced, GLORi Technologies makes a gift in your honor to the fund or offering you chose.
  3. How you see it. We show your gift as a quantity, such as meals or New Testaments. We do not show prices or dollar values.
  4. Your choice of destination. You pick a fund, and you may pick a specific offering inside it. You may change where an upcoming gift goes until it is posted.
  5. The gift is GLORi's. GLORi Technologies makes the gift, not you. You receive no payment, no receipt, and no tax benefit from it.
  6. Who you are. You are not a GLORi customer, employee, Evangelist or Ambassador, and you are at least 18 years old.
  7. What you do. You introduce people you know to Marketing51. You tell the truth about it and you do not spam.
  8. What does not count. Insurance, financial services and payment processing are excluded. You may not introduce them under this agreement.
  9. Timing. A gift is made 30 days after the account you introduced starts. If two people introduce the same business, the first verified introduction within 90 days counts.
  10. Who gives. GLORi Technologies gives all gifts. The GLORi Foundation is never a party to this agreement.
  11. Wall of Fame. Only if you opt in, we may show your gift on the Wall of Fame as a quantity, under the name you choose. You can withdraw at any time.
  12. Law. Oklahoma law governs this agreement.
